Where we actually are.
We have not opened a deployed store yet. Our pilot program is what generates that proof, and it is underway now. A franchise territory today is a ground-floor position, not a proven playbook. If you need five years of unit economics before you write a check, this is not for you yet. If you want first pick of territory before those numbers exist, and you understand what that trade is, we should talk.
